Help with Theme not working the way I want it to.

I'm using Placehold's Microhold Theme but when ever I try to put a smaller banner the Nav bars goes up and doesnt fit right.

I put _____ so that you can see when I put it there its fine but when I take it away its looks like this

I dont really want Site description.

Any Help would be great thanks.

Hey

Ok so when you add a smaller banner the navigation goes to the side?
Is that whats happening?

It goes up.

But since I deleted it due to that hacker its not a problem anymore.
